one carry-on: 22 kg.
NO surcharges (god save the queen and british airways)
two pckgs previously shipped thru USPS: $170 (one's here already)

3 pieces of luggage, 22.5 kg each, 120 usd surcharges. carry-on 7.5 kg (allowed 8 kg). am i stupid flying lufthansa? but: no dammage to my cardboard suitcases (see pics above).
1 package, 30 lbs., 155 usd, arrived after 8 days.
Safe and home, luggage loaded, that's good...
